Just got about 3 inches of snow today in Anchorage.
We started off November with a weird warm streak (40-50 degree temps) because of the remnants of some Pacific typhoons that wound up ending at our doorstep.
But since then it's been cold and snowy. Definitely more snow that last year at this time (at least how it seems).

A lot of people believe the earth goes through climate change cycles all on its own. Ice ages, periods of wet and dry cycles, etc. Have humans effected it? Maybe. But not to the extent that some would have you believe IMO.

Settle down.
Temp. records have been kept in D/FW since the late 1800's. An easy search on NWS site will lead you there.
Before then guess what? No temperature records. Capiche?

Ours is owned by the city. They'll never open early. You can hike up and ski though

We haven't had a cold winter since 2014 when we had 3 ice events in one winter. Guess we used up all the cold in that one winter.
