What? Refusing to get up is means to a justified suplex?
I have not once justified what the cop did. I have said time and time again that he crossed the line.
But you can not be serious in thinking that she did nothing wrong?

You have got to be kidding me
You are a perfect example of whats wrong with today's society.

It wasn't with the cops. It was with the BLM.
FYI, there were off duty cops there on the side of Bundy my brother included.
Challenging authority figures / law enforcement after refusing numerous court orders to pay the government.
1)Bundy showed no respect for the the government & refused to pay his fees.
2)Bundy showed no respect for the numerous courts requesting he comply & pay the fees.
3)And then he & his armed friends ( a couple ended up killing 2 Cops later on) actively prevented law enforcement from fulfilling their duties.
But now we must have unquestioned respect for authority figures from a 15 year child who recently lost her parents? Gtfo

God forbid there be such a thing as personal responsibility! The officer is at fault, the administration/teachers are at fault, and the girl is at fault. Not everything falls on the cop
Absolutely. She is responsible for being disruptive, the administration is responsible for elevating it beyond what they should, and the cop is responsible for his overreaction.

But please do not disagree with anything he says or you too will be called a racist bigot.
He is the definition of what is wrong with today's society.

Why shouldn't we? You're damn right we should

Your weird insistence on Cliven Bundy's hero status among the right really shows just how big of an idiot you are.

I really don't care how her life has gone. She doesn't have the right to completely disturb everyone around her.
So you are not really interested in helping someone deal with their issues. You just want to sit their and talk about what people should and should not be doing. Not one person has ever said he has the right to be playing on her phone during class.

If her day/life is that bad, she should remove herself.
Ok

You completely dissolving this chick of any wrongdoing is just as retarded as the people saying the cop was completely justified.
Please show me on instance when someone said she had the right to not follow the instructions she was given on multiple occasions.

Correct me if I am wrong, but neither are you. You could care less about helping her through these tough times. All you care about is that she isn't responsible for anything she does. No discipline or anything, it's ok, let her express herself as she feels fit.

No one has said she has had any right any of her carrying on she did.

You said she is entitled to have a bad day, which she is, right until it becomes a distraction to others.

Again, I agree with you he was over the line. But there you go deferring responsibility away from the 15 year old.
If she would have an ounce of respect for anyone but herself, none of this would have happened.

You somehow missed the part where he threw the girl to the front of the classroom. He was already in control of the girl at that point there is no justification for throwing her, he deserved to be fired.

I mentor at risk kids 3 days a week when I get off from work.

Wrong again. I deal with her "type" on a weekly basis. These kids are starved for attention and more times than not people like the ones on this board will crucify them for one lapse in judgement. Label them as thugs and demand they be treated like dogs.
This society is so quick to cast judgement on someones one lapse in judgement but praise someone like this cop who has routinely displayed this type of overly aggressive behavior.

Name one teenager who has never been unruly. That is part of being a teenager you long to be rebellious, however there are very few instances that rebellion requires being manhandled. She deserved to get detention or suspension, but not a fricking Rock bottom out of her desk. That is all I'm saying.

I agree that she did not deserve to be tossed around.

So what, in your professional opinion, should have been done to alleviate the situation?
