Probably because she was married 20+ years and isn't really ready for a serious commitment (and probably never will be again at this point), and I'm just not that into dating and all the bullshite before you are comfortable enough with someone. Also, not one to just hookup with people I've just met either. Tinder and Bumble shite is not for me. For right now, it works. IMO.

I’m a female (48) and have been doing the same thing for so many years. People always act like they feel sorry for me bc I’m alone and it’s me feeling sorry for them bc most are stuck with someone that annoys the fk out of them.
