Fortunately, NB is limited.
No pass to the gulf.
More beach accesses plus the National Seashore make it feel less crowded.
Fewer restaurants and attractions than Pensacola beach and Destin/SoWal.
no large tracts between Gulf Blvd and the Gulf - unless a developer pays to shift the entire road which has happened in Walton county.
Developers have faced resistance to large developments on the sound side but I suspect at least one has been approved - lost track.
Interestingly, NB is actually part of Escambia County but leased by Santa Rosa county for 99 years starting in 56.

I take great pleasure in accidentally wondering through their shots.

Families from Nashville have ruined the Florida panhandle for me.

Yeah but how did they look? I wouldn’t mind it too bad if they looked good.

I go to lower Alabama all the time. I’ve never seen these influencers.
We were in FWB a few months ago and it was mostly fit people for the Fudpuckers volleyball tournament. But I did see a black couple doing an obvious insta/tiktok shoot. It looked weird to me but they were just in the same spot they would’ve been in had they just been lying there drinking umbrella drinks.
