$5 for a Sprite to mix with contents of a flask.

BCSF beverages are way to high but you can offset the cost.

ETA: The weather was great last night.

Those are some of the biggest names in country music right now. All of you bitching spout repeat acts would be bitching if there were a bunch of no names. You people suck. Accept bayou country superfest for what it is.

The prices are high because LSU takes 40% of every unit sold. So each beer is a unit and each plate is a unit. We had to give them the number of places we had at the beginning and then they count at the end of the night. As far as condensing the festival, it is very hot out there. The trauma units stayed full the whole time. Not sure if keeping people out in the heat is a good idea.

I made the mistake of making an late night run to the Taco Bell by mellow mushroom last night, and holy shite was it a train wreck

60 jacked up F-150s honking and yelling at each other because they're all trying to get some drunk food after the BCSF. Some girl puked out the window on another car while in the drive thru and almost started a fight

Heard the event is like shopping at walmart. You think you've seen it all and then someone trumps the last.

If my radio station contacts aren't full of shite, a garth event is in the works. Unfortunately Nickleback is also in the mix.

I'm not a religious man, but the festival this weekend was a borderline spiritual experience. To see that much musical talent in one place coupled with a crowd that truly loves and understands what music is. I was blown away.

So what you are saying is that a country music Jesus made an appearance?

So you are referencing Aldean to be white trash? I'll be a millionaire and be called white trash. If u get the $40 seats of course your going to be surrounded by trash so pony up $180 for the good seats, problem solved.

Garth was supposed to do it one year but he could make more money doing the smaller venues with more concerts.

When Strait came, half of Texas was in Baton Rouge because they could not get tickets to the last show in Arlington.

What acts from this year have played before

Luke Bryan a few times, Church, Aldean, Little Big Town, Dierks, and Lady A. The early acts like Cole Swindell, Thomas Rhett, Dustin Lynch, Randy Rodgers were really enjoyable.

Just went Sunday. Thomas Rhett put on a fun performance. Dierks was solid.

Aldeen seemed to be Aldeen but It's Tiger Stadium so I left before his halftime.

Weather pleasant after the sun went down.
