Keep it, believe it or not, women love it... Especially when it's still in that salt and pepper stage..

No gray hairs on my head.
Gray hairs in my beard though when I can grow it out (due to work). Wife loves it.

I cut mine pretty short with clippers. It's pretty grey on the sides now. My facial hair is probably 75% grey at this point too. I honestly don't care.

I get my hair cut every 10 days. No way I'm dying my hair that often. I'll stick with the gray.

I used to color mine but the younger chicks said they love a salt and pepper look so I just go with it. They prob have daddy issues but hey, that’s ok with me

Once you are in about your mid 30s most chicks don't give a shite. Some earlier. I did have a friend whose little brother went full grey in the 11th grade.
