I wonder why? Someone ought to commission a $2,000,000 study to answer that question. On that note, maybe they can also answer why you rarely, if ever, hear of shootouts with police in neighborhoods like Southdowns
You don't need a 2 million dollar study. I'll give you the answer for free right here.
In general, The black community raises their kids to not trust, and not respect law enforcement officers. In general they are raised to be aggressors in their environment, usually the streets.
And I do not think this is because of a fear of police. It is because a lack of respect for police, and authority for that matter. What's missing is the understanding that their actions cause the reactions of law enforcement.

I wonder if she will release the results of the toxicology findings that Loretta Lynch sealed? Laughing that she does not even mention Lynch or Obama, whose DOJ came with these findings?

Someone with some PR skills that voted for this idiot needs to insert theirselves into her life. May be too late. If the St. George vote was today she's lost me. And I never supoorted it before.

The feds pretty much said the same thing. They said that their independent experts were critical of how the officers handled it, although they did not find violation of constitutional rights
