I'm confused on how you are confused about how people that drink daily at a bar can occasionally get banned.
If a place sells alcohol, there is almost always someone that has been told they are not welcome back

Sammy's has admittedly shrunk portions down(this was 7-8 years ago) and increased prices on various shite about $1. But they are no more expensive than the other casual places I mentioned in the other thread in the event they DO ban Judge Erwin. It's on par with Chimes, Jones Creek Cafe, Phils Errster Bar, Roux 61, Willie's, Acme, etc.
For most menu items it's barely just the Tip(haha) more than George's and Poor Boy LLoyds.

Sammy's does suck!!!!!! Only thing I will eat from there is the prime rib poboy, or over priced crawfish bc it's close to my house.
