It seems like the judge's attitude/behavior at Sammy's is well-known. This woman sitting around 2 hours "waiting for a table" seems a little excessive and makes me wonder if she wasn't just hanging around that area waiting for the judge to get up but only got the opportunity to get the seat next to him after the lyft driver got up. Could someone have told her to be there and find a way to cause a scene with him? Could she have done it on her own for her own reasons? All this seems a little too convenient for GC and his agenda, and he was certainly ready for it.

even if this is true as a public figure you have to know that you will always have a target on your back and not to stoop to the level of people that do things like that. Not saying its right for people to target public figures but its just something public figures need to understand.

and she has removed her post from her FB page. Evidently her mission was accomplished.

It's because of people like GC that the word "racist" has almost no meaning anymore. He's the boy who cried wolf.

Why is law enforcement involved in this?

The reports say they were called to the scene because of a "disturbance". Apparently, they made no arrests and, at least to this point, have not made any written report of the incident.

Because you knew it was bullshite. I just thought you had something reasonable. "Oh I hate Gary cause his operates in one part of town but he has grievances with issues in another part of town."

Certainly not the most far fetched conspiracy theory, but I'm more inclined to think it was a normal night, he pissed her off, and she COULD have made it up to get back at him. He COULD have said it. Either way, this was a LONG time coming for him at Sammy's with how he acts like he owns a seat at the bar of a very busy restaurant. Eventually there was going to be a confrontation that was big enough for Sammy's to finally cut ties.

I haven't spoken to my friend but he posted on FB he was a few seats away and Erwin did not use the n-word...I am going to contact him later for his version.

I also haven't read through whole thread to see if there have been any other eyewitness accounts

we all know he's a huge racist and race divider. I figured i didn't need to spell that out for you.
Did it rub you the right way with his advocating for Champion Medical center coming to NBR when he was clearly looking to profit from the potential deal?

Sheriff's office has said no one they spoke to that night was able to corroborate the woman's story. An easy person to find should be the lyft driver.

I hope that if that woman lied that she gets prosecuted....by Judge Erwin...
