Baton Rouge is a disaster

Just spent an hour and a half trying to get on 190 from HWY 1, turned around. Thank god I don't live in that hellhole. Worst designed city in the world.
I would like to add that I10 to 610 through New Orleans is absolutely depressing. What a sad place.

From looking at Google maps, Baton Rouge isn't nearly the disaster brewing on the Basin.
They're showing THREE separate wrecks on I-10 WB.
