The grocery stores in NBR that have closed over the last few decades wouldn't have shut down if they were making money. Yet somehow Hi Nabor hangs in there.

Yes and no.

A few of the ones that pulled out, like National, did so at least in part due to some kind of boycott or strike, as I personally saw the idiots marching with posters at the one at Harding and Plank.

They may have been marginally profitable but the bullshite of the locals caused them to shut down completely.

You have an eloquent way of saying "carpet-bombed".

I finally found our BRAF hack that keeps down voting me on anything I post that highlights BRAF’s welfare programs.

One question.
Have you ever had a non governmental job or owned your own business that does not profit from the waste of government tax dollars?

The money that flows through BRAF and affiliated shell companies on these land development deals is pretty impressive.

Especially when you consider its tax dollars being out up to make it happen and the public takes on most the risk.

A very successful business man told me this at a chamber meeting. I found his wisdom to be correct.

A government leach (BRAF) develops a slush project with no experience in developing a solid plan, no accountability, or any basic understanding what a solid plan is.

At the end of the day you have a failed project while the government leach (BRAF) ask for more money to fix his or her mess.

Remember they also need a slush project to justify their job and pay increases.

You should feel like trash in your government job when a person you think not as good as you actually makes more in a year from his business than you will make in 10 years.
