Is Nakamoto on to this ?

This is some bullshite, but I'd rather Nakamoto use his time wiping out Tarsha and her COA buddies. I want all of them in jail. I think there is still some more shite to come out on that one.

I saw Dorothy Jackson got canned from Southern the other day

You're probably right. Paul was hand-picked by Broome for the position, so I imagine that he subscribes to her racist hiring criteria.

"community policing"
The new Police Chief in St.Louis wants his officers to hand out candy to children in the hood.
I laughed, but then realized he was serious.

translation - none of those who passed the test were black so they couldnt hire them, since no whites allowed is the new policy.

I'll give this guy the benefit of the doubt on this one for now. It looks like Broome is likely directing him to do all this crap. I'll keep that assumption until I see evidence otherwise.

I'd like to do the same, but the fact that he was Broome's #1 guy all along worries me. Myron Jackson would've been my choice, but the "community activists" spoke out against him, so he probably never really stood a chance.

Does he subscribe to her philosophy of community policing? If so, he will fail. After all Broome has done to demoralize the BRPD, Chief Paul has got his work cut out for him.

BRPD is already handling 11 murders this year. That's on pace to match 2017.

Has Broome tried to spin the fact that since she took office and made BRPD public enemy #1, that crime has spiked dramatically? Her hug-a-thug policies don't work.
I wonder if she understands or even cares how BR's high crime rate impacts economic development.

I don't think she's really addressed it at all other than saying she's forming more committees to look into the matter and commissioning more studies to analyze the problem.

Of course. She is the queen of forming committees, having meetings, and commissioning studies. It makes it appear as if she's actually doing something. Meanwhile, city infrastructure is crumbling, litter is everywhere, and crime is out of control.
