Barracuda Taco coming to Baton Rouge this fall

I loved their food truck back when it was always at Tin Roof, but I haven't tried anything from them in several years.

Rock Paper Taco is pretty damn good, but it's not on the level of Barracuda. Street taco style ranking IMO in Baton Rouge:
1. Barracuda (should open in the fall 2022)
2. Rock Paper Taco

They have two, but Chimes St might be closed for the summer. Had the Perkins one last night (just opened last week) and it was great.
Their margs are very good too.

They picked a decent location for Baton Rouge. Government near the High School. Lots of smaller restaurants opening up there, sort of near French Truck Coffee.
There is a little tech company opening up near there, so they should have a good lunch crowd.
