Your commission on one bay area house could equal a year or more of selling homes in Arkansas.

If it were only that easy. It's super saturated. You're lucky if you close 3 deals in a year, and it's also expensive to live yourself.

My friend became an agent and she has to literally ask all of her friends parents because nobody in their 20's or early to mid 30's is looking to buy a home out here. Too expensive.
