Pretty sure those self-defense classes explicitly tell you to kick (nuts and shins) and scratch (to get DNA under fingernails).

It is pretty awesome that she kicked his arse. But runners really are the worst. She HAD to include that she was 4 miles into her long run.

But I've witnessed one of those classes and they have people wear padded crotch things and teach the women how to kick in the nuts. Not even joking.
Kick in nuts and shins, scratch the skin, claw the eyeballs, karate palm in nose, throat, and nuts, etc.
I mean, if my wife wanted to fight someone off I think she open hand slap their head and not do shite to hurt them. Either that or the ole bear attack play dead technique
