Otherwise known as people that expect the government to adhere to the Constitution that they swore to uphold when they took their oath of office.

In HS, while reading 1984, my biggest disbelief was that some people would actually be cheerleading for Big Brother. Now, here I am in 2026 watching it happen.
And yet you purchased your own telescreen and carry it with you...
And yes, I did the same.
The hook is set.

You guys sure have an odd view of privacy. When you walk outside or drive on public roads you aren’t in a private setting anymore. How hard is that to figure out. I’m in my house watching football right now - that’s private. When I go grab a pizza later I’ll be in public all the way there and I’ll be on video when I walk into the pizza shop.

I have no issue with public cameras flock cameras and they aren’t going away. I also have no problem with any cameras on private property. I have 5 outdoor cameras on my property and I like having them.

Dang. Didn’t realize this thread was still going.

For the reference as OP, I’m anti-flock. Meant the title as a joke mostly

I do see scenarios like this being good but there’s just no way it won’t be abused.

My son was side swiped by an 18 wheeler 2 years ago.

When we took his truck in, the insurance sent dozens of pictures from around town showing different dings and imperfections that they wanted us to make sure they knew we weren’t paying for.

Which was fine, I’m not asking insurance to take care of the door dent and bumper dings.

Insurance has the ability to buy these off flock and use it against you.

You the citizen do not have the ability to access these and use them against the government or a larger entity.
