This may beat the one where the lawyer in Florida needed a continuance because of "disk surgery" but the pleading said he needed "dick surgery."

Case pending in one of the Dallas County Courts of Law. Woman judge.

Apparently, lawyer's secretary didn't spell check. The heading reads "In The Cunty Court of Law No. xx"

Got any other great typos?

Not a typo, but there was a trial where a bar was accused of having girls solicit drinks from customers, prostitution, etc.

The questioning went like this.

Lawyer: "Mrs. XYZ, is it true that you were in fact "B" drinking in the bar in question that night?"

Mrs. XYZ: "Yeah, I be drinking but I wasn't drunk."

Bars pay girls to mingle around the bar and solicit drinks from single guys. They then cut the girls a piece of the action at the end of the night. The patrons never realize the girls work for the bar, they just think the girls like them. Most of the time the drinks bought don't have much if any alcohol, so some poor guy buys $6 kool aid shots all night.

A "B" girl sits in a bar and chats a man up, asks him to buy her a drink, which is extremely overpriced and may not contain any alcohol. It's a way to part a customer from his money. If he objects, the bouncer may have a friendly discussion with him. I don't know if it goes on much any more, but it used to be a thing back in the day.
