And not just any old drone. This eagle killed a drone operated by a state agency named EGLE.

"A bald eagle launched an aerial assault on a drone operated by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy — known as EGLE — ripping off a propeller and sending the aircraft into Lake Michigan."

Why is there no video of the eagle attacking the drone?

What a waste of a click.

I once saw a bald eagle, eating on the lake edge, get run off by a sandhill crane. I lost all respect for them after that.

Once had a bald eagle buzz some duck decoys and made me about crap my pants. Didn’t hear him till he turned and then heard the wings whoosh.

I once watched a baldy chase a flock of coots around a lake at Avoca Island for an hour without drawing a feather! I was not impressed.

A few years ago, we had a red tailed hawk snatch our teal mojo decoy off the pole and try to drown it until we scared it off.
