Is he still a Backstreet Boy since his vocal tension dysphonia diagnosis?

Sadly, he can't sing anymore

Unfortunately all he can do is keep calling the Sheriff on people that trespass.

I don’t think the strip is wide from low to high mean water mark for the Gulf.

I think buying a house on a beach is like a house on a fairway. You gotta expect a few balls are gonna come through your windows.

It's not. It sucks when you pay for chairs and trash sets up right in front of you. I get his frustration, but there's not much he can do about it. Trashy people are multiplying.

Why is he suing the Sheriff? They won’t ticket the people? I’m sure they tell them to get off his property.

I believe the sheriff is allowing people set up above the high tide line.

This one woman is stalking him and his family.

In this part of Florida it is. Private property extends to the mean high water line which is not wide at all. In other parts of Florida, the property lines don’t extend that far towards the water so the public part of the beach is much wider.

Just walking through your beach property the cops wont do shite

Now if they set up tents and chairs thats a different story.

Didn't Walton County battle with the state over this a while back? Or...something like that happened.

Why the heck would you buy a house on one of the most popular stretches of beach in the world for “privacy?” Nah. He’s fighting for attention and relevancy.

Like it would never occur to me that my beachfront house in Florida (if I had one) would have anything other than a flock of beachgoers in front of it.

This guy talks like he is still some A-list somebody when in reality he hasn’t been relevant for over 20 years. It’s sad to see. Nobody is clamoring for you, Brian. The fact that he has ample time to get hung up on minor shite like this is proof.
