Fit2Fat2Fit
Chcek out Drew Manning for a pretty good plan on going from couch potato to in-shape. Drew is/was a gym rat and intentionally gained something like 60 pounds. He takes you through his "challenges" in which he has to eat some god awful amount of food (12 donuts at one challenge) and show's the physical toll that eating this crap food does to your body. After 6 months he returns to the gym and returns to eating healthy.
What I liked about the series was he started small in the gym and worked his way back to being fit. He started with stretching for the first week and then slowly built up his strength which he had surprisingly lost a lot of. He records all of these challenges, exercises and menu's so it's very easy to follow.
He gives you step by step directions and makes it very easy to get back into shape.
Good luck.

But are you doing a competition or something? For normal people I would suggest not doing those lifts other than hang cleans and muscle snatch. Those are the only lifts worth doing for body comp changes. High pulls and full power cleans are good for teaching more speed off the floor during conjugate training for the deadlift, other than that they are all nothing more than a bad way to do cardio.

I don't require much. I do around 2000 a day and maintain 200.

Nah
No competition
I'm more than ok doing hang cleans and muscle snatches. I'm fine with that
