Haven't seen a study specifically addressing that point but there is a very clear inverse relationship between number of partners and marital success rates. In other words, if you sleep around a lot before you get married you're a lot more likely to end up divorced.

No man should get married before 30. Biologically he doesn't have the pressure to do so if he does want kids at some point in his life.
I'd say men and women both should wait until at least 30 to marry, I'm glad I waited....otherwise I would be on my second marriage right now ....but some women want large families and that might not fit into that.
