Was forced to go to Gemini in Shreveport yesterday, was a typical lame No(rth)La parade but was perfect for my old arse, same setup as a tailgate except with Port-a-potty, good things were, no vest required and some extreme talent on the street

St Charles between General Taylor and Constantinople.
This will be my last year for Bacchus. Overrun with a bazillion punk kids; college age mostly. And pretty much all of them are IDIOTS. Weed (real and vape) smell everywhere. Sound systems playing rap and crap louder than parade bands. Peeing (guys AND gals) in public. Crowded AF.
This is a recent phenomenon here; this has been our spot for years. Day parades today were beautiful; they only come out for Bacchus at night.
