Who cares? When a woman, or man get to a certain age, they are almost always someone's ex. You live in the same town, you're going to run into them from time to time.

I ran into a girl I dated in and after high school for 3 years. We were both at publix buying pregnancy tests 
Funny but not all that awkward, both happily married, see her and her family at the ball park a few times a year.
