It is 95% consisted of Insurance company execs and lawyers for insurance companies. You know--people that get paid by higher rates.

This can't be said enough IMO. These POS leaches have wedged their way into all La insured drivers wallets and are legal crooks.

That's such simple minded bullshite. Big insurance has you duped

you think auto rate increases is the LA insurance commissioner's fault? you're dumb bro. you can start off by thanking the trial lawyer association and lobbyist.

Travelers doesn’t write personal lines in LA

It’s been a few years since I was an agent (not with Travelers exclusively, but could broker with them), but that’s not really surprising to me. Sorry for the false hope specific to LA.

Geico increased my auto insurance premium on two cars by $100 for 6 month policy

That's actually not at all terrible.

Every company that I'm aware off in La took an increase. Some were pretty drastic.

State Farm I believe was 13%, GEICO 16% and Farm Bureau was the worst offended from what I've heard it was nearly 20% in increases which is crazy.

Dude, the personal injury lawyers around here would disagree. They're doing Gods work and everyone else is a sucker.

You should really check your numbers before spouting out nonsense.

I've seriously considered switching to Go Auto or The General last time I had to renew

Both of these were double what I pay through Progressive.... If you have good credit and a good driving record, progressive was way cheaper.
