That's a bit much, but hitting him in the hand or arm could have stopped him from shooting.

You watch tv too much. It's hard enough to hit small targets that are still with a handgun, in a situation like that you shoot to kill. You don't have time to aim at small targets.

They acted quickly and efficiently. Great job by the boys in blue.

bullshite. No need to shoot and kill the man. He was scared, that's why he shot at the police.

The police should have either shot him in the arm or back away and given him some space.

Hell, why couldn't they just taze him?

Now another kid is going to have grow up without a father. Another mother loses a son. Another sister loses a brother. Just sad.

What are you talking about? Handguns shoot small bullets which are made to shoot small objects, obviously. There's no reason these cops couldn't disarm him safely without killing him.

Ok, so what's the catch here?

They did not abuse their power or break the law while doing their duty.

So NOW it's suicide by cop? I see. LOL . He was already walking around breaking into cars and stuff. He had a history of criminal behavior.

If you read the OP they did use a taser.

Question, if you catch an intruder in your home while your wife & kids are there & he starts shooting are you going to shoot to kill or just to wound him?
