This guy is trying to get publicity and his 5 seconds of fame.
you notice he sends this to all of the newspapers statewide for publicity.
Should we rename Jefferson Davis parish now as well?

This is why lawyers are better than you all you rednecks. They aren't afraid to stand up for a cause they believe in!
Guy is obviously playing an angle here, maybe getting ready to run for office and needs the black vote? I can't imagine he needs black business.
Lawyers. Being a sonuvabitch since 1776.

If you are a plaintiff attorney you want all the car wreck and slip and fall types you can get. Ask Morris Bart and Tommy Wahlder.
This is a publicity stunt to try to gain support in a certain community to increase referrals. It's as simple as that.

He graduated in the top 10% of his class at the Southern U law school.
Apparently, his most famous case is getting the ban on Fortune tellers overturned, in federal court.
He clerked under John Parker, the judge that ruined the EBR public school system.

Know the guy personally. Not surprised.

I guarantee you that his claims that he has to explain the statue to his clients is complete bullshite.
Criminal defendants in Alexandria aren't smart or alert enough to analyze the statue. They don't give a shite.

He's obviously a great attorney, he uses fancy 20 dollar phrases like "incarnation rate".
