ATC officer fired for racist/sexual texts, payroll fraud

His time sheets also showed he claimed that he worked 37 days when his GPS unit on his state vehicle showed he was actually at home, according to Hebert, and his state-issued phone had texts showing he was not working during the claimed time.
I wonder if this has anything to do with the Troys stolen car.

It's well known that ole Troy takes kickbacks from establishments (think tigerland) not to ruin their business. Look at the last report of bars they fined. Not a single one was in tiger land.

Let's be honest, the racial and sexual texts would have only in him receiving "Sensitivity training" while being placed on paid leave. It was the Payroll fraud that did him in.
