No, you are clearly wrong, but don't let facts get in the way of a good story.

Verizon's customer service <<<< AT&T's

I had a Verizon employee working in the store offer to mail back the warranty replacement phone they sent me that I didn't end up needing, he stole it instead, they told me themselves that they thought an employee did it and said "don't ever let our employees mail your phones back for you" but still refused to waive the fee they demanded of me for the phone he stole. Unreal. Just unreal. I am Verizon's enemy for life after that.

AT&T Puts Caps on Internet Data Use at Home

Clearly Money Magazine is wrong too. I didn't have a problem with AT&T but will tell you that they waived my $100 dollar fee today and lowered my monthly fee because I complained after receiving my bill. They also put in writing that they will not charge my account on any overages after complaining. Other people will just get hit with the increased internet data fees so it was a public service to them that they need to know about this BS.

Now you can go back to your cubicle at AT&T and try more CYA disinformation.

Even your link says it isn't for all customers but again continue on with your rant like you know what you're talking about....

Are you saying this is incorrect?

That is absolutely correct. What I did is bundle the absolute cheapest TV package they had (standard definition, no dvr, only local channels) with my 24 Mbps internet plan. It was about $2 a month more expensive than just having the internet alone.

ETA: At the very least, I will not have to worry about watching football games over my antenna during a storm. I can just switch on the SD cable box and watch from there. I actually think this is better.

If you have Uverse cable with them, it's still unlimited. This is to go after cord cutters

Dear Long Dong Johnson ,

You recently received an e-mail incorrectly stating that beginning on May 23, 2016, there's a $10 charge for each 50GB of data you use over your U-verse® Internet allowance amount.

To clarify: beginning on May 23, 2016, you will automatically receive an unlimited home Internet data allowance (a $30 value) at no additional charge as a benefit of purchasing a bundle of U-verse Internet and U-verse TV services.

After May 23, 2016, log in to your account at att.com/myatt to find helpful tools to view your data usage. Questions? Go to att.com/internet-usage.

Thank you for being a loyal U-verse customer,

AT&T

$100+ cell phone bills as well as $100+ for satellite tv will soon be a thing of the past. Their stubbornness and greed is gonna bring this shite down on their head

Holy shite that's fricking awful.

Only reason I switched to Verizon after college was because they had the least shitty coverage of the major carriers out in the boondocks where the USAF had me stationed.

Very happy I'm in a major city and not planning on moving again if I can help it

This was always going to happen though. I think it sped up due to people cutting the cord.

still have to buy internet from at&t,cox or some 3rd party internet service that is slower than either of those 2. i don't see how cutting the cord on cable helps that out.

Is there any place I can see how much data I have used in the past? I don't see that anywhere on my online ATT account

I have this too, but SD sucks.

The ATT-Amazon prime deal with hbo go was completely worth it.
