I was in a tattoo parlor a few months back and a 16 year old came in and got one, had to have his parents sign for it.

If you’re an underprivileged youth in an urban environment and can barely afford to eat, you somehow can get head to toe tatted in thousands of dollars worth of tattoos at a very young age.

No shite. I know a girl. Had two twin boys in hs. I think they are 16. Both with very noticeable arm tats.

It is comical how insecure people on this site are. Worrying about whether something is trashy or not and trying to pass judgement on things deemed trashy to make them feel better about themselves. Kind of sad.
