I'm near 50 and see no difference. If something happens while jogging, the issue usually goes away in a day or two. I stubbed the hell out if my toe last week to the point that it was forcefully bent 90 degrees while walking into a heavy coffee table. I thought I fractured it and it turned deep maroon. Was jogging on it 2 days later.

Hangovers started hitting me harder in my late 20s. During college and several years after, I could go to an LSU game, get out there around 8AM, drink throughout the day, go to the game get 4-5 hrs of sleep, wake up Sunday morning around 9ish and not really miss a beat. I might have felt a little sluggish, but I was able to get past it, then by my late 20s, it felt like it would take me 2-3 days to recover from a day like that.
As for as scrapes and cuts, I haven't really noticed that they take more time to heal. but I did get a cut on my leg awhile back that ended up getting infected and had to end up taking antibiotics.
As for as sprains, twist, etc.. I do feel that more. I hurt my knee (yeah I know. "but you can't walk how did you hurt your knee?" or any other stupid shite some of you idiots say). I am able to stand up a little bit and one day getting in my friend's boat, I went down really hard on one leg and I hurt my knee. It didn't fell bad enough to make a big deal over, but ever since then there are times when I can feel it.. Usually during the winter.
