Yes it’s legal. Smelling marijuana in most states is probable cause in itself. But you also gave consent. But I’m not a big fan of taking money unless you are certain it’s tied to drugs, like finding a large ammount of dope in the car.

Couldn’t get it in. They said I had to drink everyday, drive drunk to scenes. Honestly never tried. But I respect fireman.
