Black people commit a disproportionate amount of crime too so they also have a disproportionate number of encounters with police.

Ever hear of a police veh (ie Tahoe) with "Doppler" to be able to detect the speed of a vehicle coming up from behind. Not asking if yall have it, but have you heard of the tech to be out there to be picked up.

No our body cams cannot be turned off until leave the scene. They also have the opinion to record after the fact.
