After high school , I went to tech school for auto mechanics. While I was going to school , I worked at a quick oil change facility. One day a woman (Asian) pulls around back and wants to get her oil changed. There was always a guy at the front of the bay to guide customers in as there was a whole in the ground that led to the basement and it was where the lower bay tech would drop oil plug , change filter , etc. Well this lady didn't give a shite about directions , couldn't speak nor understood English , and drove her brand new 4Runner right in to the pit. Passenger tires still on shop floor while the driver side of vehicle , doors , tires and all are dangling in the pit. It was pretty wild!
