Whoa Nellie!
In this brief clip the rocket passes out of the FOV which kinda let's the sound do what it do.

I had to turn off the volume bc the cheering people annoyed me

I'm sorry they annoyed you with their patriotism!

Here he is, at any exciting and/or thrilling event:

Yep.
The speed of light outpaces the speed of sound. So the spectators are awed at the sight but are just overwhelmed when the staccato thunder hits 'em.

Yes.We were miles away from a shuttle launch. Seeing it light off and the several seconds delay before the sound hit. When it did it got so loud I couldn't hear myself yelling. Incredible experience.

I was fortunate enough to watch a shuttle night launch from a similar vantage point. It was an experience that can never be forgotten or equaled.
Everything was calm, lights bathing the shuttle on the pad in the distance, warm humid night air filled with the sounds of bugs, frogs, alligators all doing their thing. Then the engines lit up...
All the animal songs and noises ceased abruptly and it was dead silent for a few moments as the exhaust clouds built and the bright light shined through them.
Then - The first thing you would notice would be a slight rumbling that you would feel transmitted through the ground and then into your chest cavity. a few moments later the sound of the rocket boosters would begin and crescendo rapidly from a noticeable crackle to a nearly unbearable roar as the shuttle broke free of the tower and started a rapid climb. The crackling of the supersonic gases from the exhaust were actually painful and you would feel your eardrums buzzing from the racket.
We watched until the flame disappeared and all that remained was a crooked column of the exhaust trail extending from the earth below and into the sky far, far above.
Simply an amazing and awe-inspiring experience that I'll never forget.
Any launch from the Cape is amazing, but a night launch... Oh, a night launch is something else entirely.

SLS is more powerful than a Saturn V. However, the #s I've seen show Saturn was 2dB louder than SLS. I don't know if the levels were measured in the same way.
Starship is a different beast than either and is the most powerful and loudest rocket ship ever built.
