Regardless of how the school handles it, the smoker will end up (like most of the kids in that class) a drop out, unemployed and probably in jail.
We seem to try to do everything we can to keep from expelling students. So, that bad ones rub off on those who aren't bad. It might be time to rethink that concept.

Ya know, you'd be taken seriously on this board more often, if you'd see some things for what they are.
