I’ve had FB since 2004. I never post updates anymore. At this point it’s a photo album. A digital scrapbook.

I finally deactivated Facebook in June after months of deliberating. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when my dad was fired for a very innocuous comment. I knew that was time. I was beginning to hate members of my own family. Nothing good can come from social media.
I held out on deactivating twitter until last week after the censorship became too obvious to ignore.

Twitter’s stock has fallen about $10 since Jan 4.
It may just be correcting itself after the election though, since it was at an all-time high.
They’ve lost a few billion in valuation over that period.
