Sanpaku eyes has been a part of Oriental diagnostic medicine for thousands of years. You may find it valid. You may not, but once you start observing it IRL there is something too it. JIMO.

What if neither are visible?
You mean if the whites above and below the eyes are not visable? It means that person is probably healthy.

Yes, this is something I take into consideration when deciding if a person is trustworthy.

Conveniently enough Asian people's eyes can't even open wide enough for this to happen.

According to Chinese/Japanese medical face reading, when the white part of the eye, known as the sclera, is visible beneath the iris, it represents physical imbalance in the body and is claimed to be present in alcoholics, drug addicts and people who over-consume sugar or grain.

All I'm getting out of this is that when people say Asians are the most racist people they are probably correct.

I don't have time to check for those type of eyes, I'm too busy checking their knuckles.

I’m checking my wife’s eyes first thing when I get home this afternoon...

Have you never looked into your wife’s eyes until today?

I went to the mirror. It’s okay to squint, right?

When you see this it’s easy to forgive Bill for sharing his cigar with Monica.

I remember reading (post-Lennon death) Yoko blathering something about it being a sign of impending death and how she was worried because John's eyes had gone that way.
