Sanpaku eyes has been a part of Oriental diagnostic medicine for thousands of years. You may find it valid. You may not, but once you start observing it IRL there is something too it. JIMO.

Yes, this is something I take into consideration when deciding if a person is trustworthy.

Conveniently enough Asian people's eyes can't even open wide enough for this to happen.

I was talking about the mug shot. Not whatever oriental Mumbo-jumbo is referenced.
