I want to test this theory out but I don't want my calf to feel like I got shot in it. Hhhmmmmm, decisions, decisions.

If I move my foot a certain way I will get a cramp on the bottom of my foot that hurts like hell. Usually happens when I arch it a certain way.

Only time I've had leg cramps in my calf is when I'd been out drinking all night and got dehydrated. I woke up a cpl times from a dead sleep yelling at the top of my lungs.

Don't drink anymore so don't have them anymore.

I just have to slowly try to straighten my foot out which makes it hurt worse but I have to do something eventually.

One extra way to virtually guarantee a calf cramp in addition to what I've listed is to work out your calves by running, etc. a lot during the day. Get those calves just a little sore before you go to bed.

Just remember when the cramp really kicks in, pull those toes up as much as you can to alleviate the pain.
