Add low national pride into the mix as well.

The difference in between the mood of the country I observed as a teenager from Carter to Reagan was like coming out of the darkness into the light. You simply could not deny it, and I was in no means political at that age. It was just a huge difference, and I suppose one we hopefully get to experience again once we’ve spent time in hades.

Well, there's tons of rabbit holes to go down if one is interested in these sorts of things.

If you do research this, try to remember that some things can be confusing or have double meanings, purposefully. Often one will find gender-swapped deities, again purposefully confusing, but just know that the gender doesn't matter as Nephilim are described as angels, aliens, or trans-dimensional demons, so would not have evolved in the same manner as humans. While they may have some sort of sexual reproduction, it is probably more akin to some reptiles asexual agamogensis. Dragons and what not, as they are supposed to be winged, have reptilian skin and are often portrayed with different types of animal heads.

As for a history of cults, one can look at Ancient Rome and backtrace a lot of their cults, goes back a long long time. Names change and names of gods change, but they have common traits (i.e. Osiris, Inanna, Oden, Jupiter/Apollo, etc). Or conversely, you can forward trace their development and spread through groups like the Knights Templar, Golden Dawn, etc.

I was a senior in high school when Reagan took office and you are absolutely correct here. He helped usher in a much needed sense of optimism and national pride and you couldn't help but to feel it.

I'm not so sure it's going to work that way this go around, the left wing is not the same. They have become cult like in their misery and anti-Americanism, they don't want to be happy and they don't want anyone else to be either. Disgusting people really

You would think we have never had these issues before in this country with all the doom and gloom talk on here.

You would think we would have learned from our mistakes too but alas here we are.

Idiots never learn.

You make it sound like just because it has happened before it's ok. That's preposterous and you should be ashamed for defending terrible fiscal policy in order to defend a political side.

"Oh it's happened before so who cares???". That's just plain dumb.

Your implication here is that what I'm saying is Alex Jones levels of crazy. I'm merely pointing out that the bizaarness of the photo is probably purposeful based on my knowledge of the beliefs of Masons, Skull & Bones, etc.

It's not crazy to read up on the beliefs of organizations that A) operate in secret and B) my political representatives belong to. How does one be an educated voter without finding out who their electing?

That wasn't my implication. My implication was more in the realm of all things being cyclical and we are not witnessing the end of the US, which I see posted here on a daily basis.

:sigh: What fiscal policy have I defended? I have no idea what you are talking.

No "who cares", but rather "this has happened before and we will come out of it again"

You can also sprinkle a little condescension towards the Boomers that love to pretend that the 70s and 80s were the golden era.

I'm not getting in to a quote fest but basically defending (by saying it's happened before so it's not the end of the US) poor policy that could have been avoided by simply understanding basic economics is sad.

We should demand more from our elected officials instead of just ho humming through bad times simply because it's happened before so we will get through it. That just seems lazy and possibly motivated by political leanings and not wanting to admit that elections have consequences and some people may have made a bad decision.

The size of the Bidens make the Carters look like puppets.

what specific policy are you talking about here? there are multiple variables to what the OP is pointing towards, not just "poor policy"

you are seemingly trying very hard to push something on to me that isn't there
