My young Preacher has taken to wearing one to Sunday church.

A little bit pussified, if you ask me.

Someday someone will look back at our current ties with the disgust we have for the ribbons of the 1820's and the bows of the 1840s.

Nothing wrong with a bow tie, baw. You scared? You don't sound very sure of your manhood.

I'm very sure of my manhood, scooter.

You, on the other hand, sound like some loser dipshite that inhabits some loser cubicle at some loser job.

If it's with seersucker, I'll allow it.

Yep, I would be okay with that.

Can't beat a great seersucker.

Not a fan of the bow tie. Think it looks clownish.

If you tie it yourself then you’re all clear. If not then in the words of the other poster it’s very try hard.

Only my valets and butlers are allowed in their dress codes. I prefer my bodyguards and drivers to have freedom from garments in the neck area, though ties are allowed and encouraged at social functions.

Throwing in a bow tie every once in a while is fine. Wearing them exclusively is try hard.
