My neighbors dogs barking at 6:30 EVERY morning when he lets them out. One in particular is a Marmaduke looking doofus that runs down to the yard, pees/craps and immediately runs back up the stairs, faces the door and barks constantly until they let him in.
Idiots with their rattle trap cars that vibrate and sound like tin cans with loose bolts in it and blare rap music as they drive down the streets.

The sound of a keyboard over the phone. Especially that a-hole that keeps typing away on a conference call without muting his phone.

If you haven't experienced this, you will probably think it isn't a big deal but it drives me freaking insane. We have a small employee lunch room and we all eat at the same time at a long table. One woman brings a huge salad in a big plastic container. It's not just lettuce--there are hard things in there perhaps carrots, peppers, nuts, broccoli?? She adds the dressing at the table, closes the lid, holds the container up in air as if she's showing off a trophy (two handed) and shakes that sucker hard to spread the dressing around. And she does it for a LONG LONG time to the point where I'm ready to shriek.
