I'm as white as can be and spent the first 7 years of my life in rural Louisiana back in the mid 70's. My parents used to roll down the car window and throw trash out all the time, like drink cans or trash from a finished fast food meal, and think nothing of it. Then, that Indian who was always crying started showing up on TV telling people not to litter and they stopped doing it.

Lot's of people did lots of dumb things 30 plus years ago that's not acceptable now because we aren't as ignorant.
Everyone thought smoking was cool as shite. Kids didn't often get buckled up. White people where I grew up were almost all racist in some form.
In the rural areas all over the state back then it was almost a normal thing for bubba to drop off broken appliances and furniture on the side of a hwy.
La disgust me with the littering here and the cig smokers are the worst.

I read an article somewhere that stated that the worse litterers are males 15-19 y/o, regardless of race.

That's not an accurate stereotype or even a stereotype. The real stereotypical answer is white trash litter the most with their cigarette packs and it's likes.
