Maybe it’s just me but in the last year I’ve seen a lot of anti-husky stuff and maybe it’s not accurate but it did just kinda hit me that huskies seem kinda douchey from what I’m seeing recently.

They need a lot of mental and physical activity. Probably more than the average person is able or willing to give.

Huskies are cool, smart dogs. They tend to do much better in colder climates though.

we had one for years and had to limit some of his activity during hotter months

Where are you seeing all this anti husky propaganda?

A lot of morons get husky's because they are great looking dogs and don't realize they aren't meant to hang around the house or have small yards

They are on the generic unauthorized breed list for apartments.

My part husky is problematic as far as shedding goes

My mom always had to ask the clerks where the husky section was when I was a fat little kid

I know they tend to run away and it they ever get out of a fence without a leash you are going to need a team to catch them.

I’ve never had one. This info comes from a friend who has two.

That’s what I figure. I saw a video recently where a husky absolutely destroyed someone’s yard.

And a ton of dog owners in my neighborhood won’t let their dogs play with the husky nearby. It had a bad reputation

You've likely missed the YouTube Husky boom. There are a few on there who make their owners a good living. May want to start looking at other dogs if you want to hit it big.

I’m getting good at editing my mistakes quickly

Boxers are also on the unauthorized list, which I don’t get at all

They are very cat like. Smart animals but don’t expect to teach them much. If properly exercised they can be great.
