Are all state travel restrictions lifted now?

Wife and I contemplating trip home to Louisiana next week from Arizona. Borders all open again?

Was thinking about the return back. Texas was closed to travelers coming from from LA.

No it wasn’t. They had checkpoints to see what you were doing/going. All you needed to do was print out a pice of paper saying you’re an essential worker at xyz job site or give them a horse shot address.

I don’t think LA ever banned travel because we were worse off. Arizona was mandating 14 day quarantines from people coming from hotspots. I don’t think LA qualifies as a hot spot any more so you should be fine.

Im similarly planning a trip home to AZ from the Nola area.
