I know the Benson family and Aymond are tight, I guess they are now sharing attorneys?

I'm done with Aymond... he talks about how he wants to help people find Christ after all of this, and then they pull this shite?

Either he personally signed off on this filing, or, he needs to immediately announce that all of the attorneys involved on behalf of the archdiocese have been fired.

Come on man, these are legal maneuvers made by lawyers whose job it is to fight litigation.

Can a judge just respond "frick off with this."?

Because I really wanna see a judge respond "frick off with this."

My opposition would be:

May it please the court,

Saints fans were figuratively fricked in the arse.

Plaintiff was literally fricked in the arse.

Defendant's motion should be denied.

Can you say "arse" in open court?

Or do you have to approach the bench for that?

Priests have been molesting kids for a very long time. There is an obvious explanation that the church refuses to address. What healthy, normal, inteligent, heterosexual man would decide to be celebate during a time when the vast majority of men are reproducing?

Eh, the vast majority of the abuse is homosexual. The straight priests just have affairs and/or leave the priesthood if they can’t keep the vow.

The argument here is ludicrous. To compare a sport to a criminal cover up against kids is insulting to everyones intelligence. Hope the Supreme Court throws them out on their collective heads.

The church's filing notes the Supreme Court's finding that courts have no role in second-guessing a sports league's enforcement of its own rules. Church lawyers say the same reasoning should apply to religious entities enforcing their rules and doctrine.
NFL policing itself over a missed PI call is equated to the Church dealing with child molestation. fricking lawyers...dregs of society.

I've been done with that clown since he told St. Aug they couldn't use corporal punishment any longer.

So, is Aymond and the church admitting that priest sexually abusing children is part of their rules and doctrines?
