Approx time Endymion will turn onto Poydras?

Haven't watched the parade in this area before; wondering what approximate time Endymion makes the turn from St Charles to Poydras?

Usually the beginning of the parade arrives at the Dome around 8:30 barring any setbacks.

I'll hijack this thread a smidge (Sorry TTT) and ask the same thing I did in the other Endymion thread: if I want to park around Delgado (let's say a 5 minute walking radius of the campus in any direction), how early do I have to get there?

It doesn't turn onto Poydras. It crosses Poydras.
I cross that intersection each year enroute to the extravaganza around 8pm and it's already there.
