Phobia is strong. But clusters of small holes are gross though.

That's just a disgusting diseased hand, not a fear of small holes

No. There are 350 million people in this country all with access to social media. One dumbass says something and the media has to make a story about it.

It's click bait bullshite. Fake news at its finest.

Sarah Paulson and model Kendall Jenner are among those who say they have the condition.
Yea, and these two celebrities who stare into tiny holes (camera phones) daily are just debilitated by them.

We can clearly see how they are unable to go through their daily lives because of their awful, debilitating diagnosis.

It must be very hard for Kendall Jenner to take a selfie. So very brave.

Yea, no.

This is bullshite. Their claims are bullshite.

I don’t understand this phobia, I see spiders, snakes, heights, but what’s the worst that could happen because of clusters of small holes...

Clusters of small holes very often indicates some sort of disease or infestation. This aversion is probably an evolutionary thing to avoid eating diseased animals.

Trypophobia isn't necessarily bullshite, but being triggered by 3 camera dots is.

Trypophobia isn't considered a legit disorder (I know you know that), but I can see how it might make someone uncomfortable.

A bowl of cheerios doesn't do it, or at least my "case" isn't severe enough for that to have any effect. To be clear, I don't feel anything debilitating like some people claim, but I definitely have a strong aversion to certain visuals. I mostly get a tingling in my stomach.

I think there has to be some sort of order to the cluster, but not perfectly so. A bowl of cheerios is too disordered, it's just a pile of stuff. A wasp nest or beehive is too perfect and ordered, it's a deliberate creation. The ones that get me are like the hand posted earlier. There is an order or pattern to the pits, but not a perfect pattern. It triggers a sort of that-shite-aint-right reaction for me.

I would say I have trypophibia. But a fear isn't the right term. When I look at pictures of the triggers I get this skin crawling tingling sensation of disgust. First time I ever noticed it was when I was little I took a pickle spear bent it in a U shape and it forces all the little seeds in the pickle to sort of pop out. Makes my skin crawl is the best way to describe it. iPhone does nothing for me. On the other hand close up pictures of strawberries? Yep

I echo the sentiments of Kork as well. The order of the small holes triggers a skin crawl nausia sensation briefly

Everyone on Earth that owned a phone used to put this up to their head every time they used one. No one was freaking out then. Bunch of pussified weirdos.
