Use the paste version of ivermectin. It’s easier to dose

the paste form isn’t intended for human use troll. Wrong form, wrong concentration.

Yes. We adopted a young dog that was heart worm positive and we used liquid Ivermectin to do a slow kill. It was a couple of bucks and dog was heart worm free on her next vet visit.

Here ya go. Surprising amount of incurious NPCs in here.

FLCCC protocol

Can't speak to liquid, but overall I'd probably just make sure there isn't other weird veterinary stuff in it and then dose according to body weight, if it were me. Shrug.

Good luck. A shame that ya even need to. Get a new doc.

I have lots of experience with ivomec. 1/10 cc per pound is what you give a dog for monthly heartworm prevention.

Unless you have some major underlying morbidities, supportive care is really all you need. Take it easy and stay hydrated.

Why is this so hard to understand for a lot of people?

ER was rocking yesterday with sniffles. Jesus

I do not think this word means what you think it means.

Proactive: (of a person, policy, or action) creating or controlling a situation by causing something to happen rather than responding to it after it has happened.

The vast majority of cases are very mild.

It can be a deadly for some though.

Outcomes are universally better when patients are treated early.

Waiting till you’re quite sick to start treatment is standard protocol, it minimizes drug use, drugs are selective poisons, and most patients do recover without issue, but for those that have serious cases, it’s dangerous.

There’s also the question of what damage patients sustain from even mild infections. Should we minimize drug use in patients, given the risk of clotting and myocarditis.

Ivermectin is a commonly prescribed and very safe drug. It’s used it mammals. That includes both humans, and horses. There’s no difference between the drug used in horses and humans. It was identified by researchers after the SARS outbreak as a useful intervention for coronavirus.

We can all make our own choices. But we’d all be better off if we turned of the television news. And put the newspaper in the trash.

We’d be, perversely, better informed.

I just got over it. Fever & minor aches. Took 15mg Ivermectin 4 times a day plus Paracetamol. 2nd day doubled the Iermectin dose only plus the Paracetamol. 3rd better. Took a couple of Iermectin tablets a day on 3 & 4. I'm fine.

Your experience could be different, but for me it was no big deal.
FWIW I'm a senior & it was the Omicron variant.

Body weight/2.2= Weight in kg

.03*body weight kg= #cc per day for 5 days
(Each CC=10mg)

Example: 200lb / 2.3 = 86.95kg

86.95kg*.03= 2.6 cc/day (26mg/day)

Mix with OJ, down the hatch.

=======

Not a doc, this isn’t medical advice, post is informational only.

=======

For those who ordered through frontline drs, what dose were you prescribed based on your body weight?

Look, we’ve all become some form of doctor/scientists since Covid began. So we might as well conduct our own research.

Don’t take Ivermectin. If you live/die, we will have some tangible data.

Can you provide even 1 death from normal dosed ivermectin in any form (paste, pill, liquid) given to a human?
