Anyone use Maidpro or similar maid service?

Looking to get someone in every couple weeks to dust, clean bathrooms, kitchen, etc.
Never had a maid before - my main concern is getting someone trustworthy and reliable.
Any recommendations on maid services or things to consider when hiring one? Baton Rouge area

ask friends to see if they use someone local. we found that was cheaper than the company services, and probably more consistent when it comes to dependability and trustworthy. i'm across the river and we found a retired lady that does it part time.
