Potentially but I didn't see where it was narrowed specifically to benadryl. There are dozens and dozens of drugs with anticholinergic effects.

Sounds like you did your homework. Good luck, I hope it keeps working for you.

I take the gummies for sleep and it works amazing. I think it’s 50mg. The only problem is the taste. It doesn’t taste good at all.

It helps some people and not others. This is a helpful site:

I never had an issue sleeping, but I do have really bad knees. I take two drops of CBD every morning. The CBD is not miraculous, but it gets me to a similar level of comfort as anti-inflammatories and cortisone shots.

Full spectrum, broad, or isolate?

the stuff works but you need to purchase from a reputable company and you need to have a decent potency.

I wouldn't buy anything below 500mg.

I bought the 300 and found I need to take double the dose to have a noticeable impact. Agreed here.

I just read an article about a lady taking CBD oil to help her Fibromyalgia. Makes me keep my reservations about it.

Opioids are FDA approved prescription drugs so..... You dope heads will do anything to get a high.

Hey Jackass

You don’t get high on CBD Oil. It has no THC.

I have heard remarkable things about weighted blankets.

What is the “right” weight? Also. I sleep with 2 comforters and a sheet. Is that any different than a weighted blanket?

Is there any specific “flavor” or “version” of CBD oil specifically designed for sleep?

False. THC makes you fail drug tests. Most CBD oils do not have THC

All CBD contains trace amounts of THC, not enough to fail a drug test but it has happened before.

A lot of people buying CBD products are just trusting whatever the manufacturer says it contains percentage wise, even if it the bottle says 0% THC, which can be a bad move.

I took it for a few weeks and didn’t really notice anything to help my sleep. I think a big portion of it is placebo effect excluding the seizure and actual medical cases. But if it works for you, more power to you. Sleep problems are miserable

Results: I got the tincture for sublingual application, and about 20-30 min after taking it, I felt my body relax significa

how much of a dose did you take? My wife yesterday bought a small bottle of the sublingual stuff for the exact same reason to help with going to sleep. Not sure how much to take though.

I filled up the dropper which is 1ml of the 30 ml bottle. The concentration is 300mg so I assume I am getting 10MG per 1ml as the bottle states. I find that doubling it produces the results I want for relaxation now 3 days in.

this is the main thing, for every company making good, legit stuff there are 4 companies popping up that make a shite product.

for instance Essen had a shop open and I bought some for sleeping. stuff did nothing for me and after researching they were selling a brand I had never heard of.

couple of weeks ago I went to brew ha ha and grabbed some of their stuff and I've been sleeping like a baby.

the brand makes a difference.

I am coming back through the gate. I love pot, but I love making money more, so I don't smoke it on a regular basis anymore.

I do find it very ironic that you can take Xanax every night and as long as a doctor says it is ok you can't be fired for it showing on a test, but if you smoke a little grass you can be fired without hesitation and be labeled a drug head for the rest of your life while Xanax is unquestionably the more dangerous substance out of the two.

Drugs are bad, especially those that the pharmaceutical companies can't lobby for anything other than their legality.
